Integrity and effectiveness

triaspect employees only recommend their services if they expect their work to be beneficial to the client. They provide realistic estimates of performance, deadlines and costs and make every effort to adhere to these. triaspect employees not only carry out assessment work or prepare recommendations but also become involved in the implementation of the proposals. They continue working with the client until such time as the latter can carry on the work without the help of the triaspect employees. triaspect employees are aware that, in addition to the technical solution, human relations are of great importance. For this reason, they strive for a harmonious working relation with the client and his employees.

Objectivity, neutrality and personal responsibility

As a fundamental rule, triaspect employees take personal responsibility for their work and do not accept any limitation of their independence by third parties. They provide unprejudiced and objective advice and also talk openly concerning unpleasant matters. They do not prepare reports aimed purely at pleasing and are neutral when selecting third-party service providers.

Confidentiality

triaspect employees treat all internal procedures and information of the client of which they become aware as strictly confidential. In particular, order-related documents are not forwarded to third parties.
