Change management is a major challenge for all involved

No two change projects are the same because the circumstances giving rise to change projects are never identical. That's why the first action that triaspect takes in any change process is to implement a meticulous analysis of the change requests.

Then, based on the analysis findings, we elaborate change strategies and suitable action and communication tools, taking sensitive issues at the various levels of the organisation into account. For example, it is essential to address employee concerns, to ensure that the change process doesn't have a negative impact on product and service quality and to guarantee continuity of customer support.

triaspect believes that a change process is not successfully brought to a conclusion until the organisation's employees at all hierarchical levels have assimilated, accepted and understood why the change is necessary, and until all the people involved in the change process have performed all the necessary actions.
